RavenSpit...i usually have very large gardens...i don't always include the herbal ingredients ..magic and space plants. if the produce renders cheap returns such as mushrooms ..i will only plant two mushroom plants. if the plant offers high returns then i will do four plants. If i am going to do both vegetables and flowers then i will have flowers on the roof top...just have a flat roof with a small green house that opens up to the outdoors. I will split my vegetable/fruit garden into seasons fencing in each garden but with a gate leading down to the next garden etc.
