Frugal, cold and heat acclimation, grill master, observant, incredibly friendly, always welcome - these are the ones I'll give priority to. I choose them in different order based on the Sim.
Great kisser is sometimes useful, and so is creative visionary, especially for writers and painters.
Storm chaser is fun but not a high priority. I always found it odd that Sims are scared of lightning. I love electrical storms IRL.
