How do you turn a sim in cas with the PS4 Controller?

Rotate a sim? If that is what you mean. The right joystick on the controller. If you mean something else, not too sure. If you aren’t able to rotate them at all then that’s a bug currently in game.

Do you mean cas.fulleditmode? If so, go into the cheat box and type in cas.fulleditmode then close the box and press the circle and X button together, then finally click on the sims and modify in case. It takes a few practise to get it right.

It's bugged. Some days I can rotate in cas some days I can't. Some days I'm only able to edit Sims from my library using the fulleditmode cheat. I can click on the different areas of the body but no rotating to edit a Sims profile or butt.
