How do you turn off this visual effect above sims heads?

How do you turn off the this visual effect that now happens after getting Get Famous? I am in a restaurant and I want to take pictures without these effects. Is there a mod or some toggle option? Th...

@MuggyQuasar Thanks a lot man, that worked! I have been playing the same save file since 2014 and I never updated the lots with any traits. This is the first lot I got from the gallery that had traits with it. So, I thought it was a part of Get Famous because I never seen this happen before today, lol! Anyways, thanks again.
