How do you turn off this visual effect above sims heads?

How do you turn off the this visual effect that now happens after getting Get Famous? I am in a restaurant and I want to take pictures without these effects. Is there a mod or some toggle option? Th...

Those effects would be much nicer perhaps around the sim's pic in the UI. I like the effects to be present but not necessarily on the sim but in UI somewhere.
