How do you turn off this visual effect above sims heads?

How do you turn off the this visual effect that now happens after getting Get Famous? I am in a restaurant and I want to take pictures without these effects. Is there a mod or some toggle option? Th...

I intensely dislike this effect and didn’t even know what it meant until I just read this. I didn’t know I could turn it off by removing lot effects, so thank you for the info! I’m so surprised they haven’t incorporated these into the headline effects cheat.
