How do you use clubs in your game?

I also under utilize the club system but I have a singles club for almost every world, and a scouts club.
Other clubs I have are:
Picasso Jr. or Mini Picassos- Teens and child sims who are interested in painting, photography, etc.
Goofball Jr's: Teens and child sims who are goofballs
Future World Leaders: Teens and child sims who have futures in Business, Politics, Law, etc.
For each club for teens and kids, there are mentors clubs. For example, Future World Leaders have the FWL Mentors to help them gain the skills needed to succeed. The mentors are all skilled in the skills needed, and have the careers needed.
