Like others mentioned above. A lot of rotational play and, for me, a buttload of micromanaging. I love to check in with extended family, neighbors or friends often and sometimes I will just make them a baby or give them a pet. I do also rely on the GTG club system pretty heavily so they naturally raise skills. I'm also not above testing cheats if they should have a certain career to fit a lifestyle. I'll say, if you love MCCC though to maybe stick with that b/c I imagine it's 100% easier to do it with a click than my way. I'm not confident in my computer skills and am afraid I will do something to make MCCC wreck my saves.
