For quite a while, my sim Queen Catherine didn't seem to care that her husband was hooking up with a mistress and barely paying any attention to her. He even had a kid with his mistress and she didn't care. Then, she got pregnant and after her daughter was born, it seemed like everything changed. She got mad/jealous whenever the mistress was in the room and kept trying to fight her. It got so bad and annoying that I sent the mistress away. The Queen is better now but hates it whenever the King's kid with his mistress comes over to play.
