How does a sim die from hysteria?

The +3 does not add +3 moodlets, because it would be crazy if for every piece of decor you had you would just rack up points like crazy, they contribute to which "Decorated" moodlet you get, and which emotional moodlet you will get (in case there's several different types).

I had it happen but it was a challenge
You have to maintain the hysteria and I found that crazy hard (as soon as I had it, one moodlet would disappear making her less playful).

Playful Moodlets
- Have a sim eat gummy worm pankcakes.
- Have a Sim tell the worlds funniest joke (I think you have to reach the top of the comedy aspiration).
- Have them watch the comedy channel
- Have them take playful bath
- Have them reminisce over a funny memory
- Keep them in a room with playful paintings (have your sim paint one if they haven't).
- Have them make a playful wood statute (look at it and you get +2)
- Tell Jokes etc.

I must stop creating homes and styled rooms and sims and start playing my game and discover quirky things like die of laughter!!! lol

My sim had hysteria, but only lasted for 1 hr, she never died ;-; she was just really playfull and happy

oh my i guess i didn't know this was possible. i just may have to give this a try on a sims or two LOL

MC Command Center is an alternative to actually trying. In-game, Very Playful is called Hysterical (Or at least in game files, or it's the mod i'm using.) Just click on your sim, MCCC, MC Cheats, Sim Mood..., Positive Moods, Playful, Positive Moods, Playful, Positive Moods, Playful.
