That's why there should be the Ignore option for people who don't want to chance it. If I wanted to take the risks involved in the cards, I'll pick an option; if I don't, that's fine by me if I could ignore it. If ignore options do return, then tweaking the risks in the cards wouldn't hurt.
Oh yeah, that reminded me. This is one of my biggest problems with chance cards in TS4. A bad chance card can be really debilitating at higher career levels where you're only working like three days a week. Just one bad chance card can flush an entire week's worth of job performance down the drain!
And that's also why I've always been so confused by the removal of the ignore button. More often than not, BOTH options in chance cards can possibly be the wrong option. With that in mind, it's kind of frustrating that you're forced to make a choice when there's no set "correct" answer.
