How does your sim get the option to show off knitted sweater?

I have a knitted sweater in her inventory. She taught Knotts to knit the day before and she is acquaintances with him. I can't find the option in the talk options also I checked under friendly options...

I don’t know, but could it possibly have to do with having a confident moodlet?
