I have no idea, as I always welcome them anyway, but?
They're not too invasive at all in my experience, especially if you've got vampires in any of your "played" households.
Heck, if there is a vampire in your active household, nobody will even care to invite themselves in to drink the blood of your human sims! Once Vlad came and visited my legacy lot, but then he just promptly turned away from the door when he realized another vampire was already living there. Seems like the best vampire repellent is... more vampires. :D
Perhaps I was unlucky, but in the abandoned vampire ridden save I mentioned earlier the presence of vampires as household members had zero influence on whether a home was broken into. Couldn't intercept and drive them away, either. The only way to save the human sim(s) in invaded households was to use the instant vampire cheat. Would then use the instant de-vamp cheat once the intruder was gone. Every time the intruder was a game made townie vamp, not once one of the 'big three'. Took my own vamp out to do a patrol, and found that once the sun went down every townie was a vampire, at least a dozen or so. Didn't take long to abandon the game save.
