For giggles, I decided to make a Mid-Century Modern home on the Inner Circle lot this morning and I really like how it turned out. It's only 2br/1ba, but it's still going to cost $80k to move in. At the same time, it really has only the things I'd want in a home without all of the extra space I'd never use.
