Not Live mode, but they should have a focus on game play. Hence, 'game' pack and not 'stuff' pack. Building isn't new, so if all they're adding is a bunch of stuff to build with, they might as well have made two stuff packs out of it, instead. The career reminds a lot of the freelancer careers and those have been in stuff packs before, so again, not seeing why it has to be a game pack.
For comparison, Spa Day didn't add that much new game play, either, but at least the theme was big enough that it wouldn't have fit in a stuff pack. It was also very focused and did a single thing very well.
As for the theme of this new pack, I'm not even sure what is. Interior design is very broad and basically an overarching theme of the entire series. That's like going to a restaurant where the theme is food.
