How long does a sim have to study for the final exam per one class?

I invite over the sim's professors when I'm worried about grades. After I study for awhile, I ask a professor about my grades for that class. I keep doing that until the professor tells me I'm a stellar student. You can find the professors in your Relationship panel if you don't already know who they are.
