How long for Evergreen Harbor to change?
Just as the title asks, how long does it take for Evergreen Harbor to complete its transformation when green?

If you mean the NAPs the change thr surrounding area. I think about a week or 2. I don't actually know since I haven't actually lived in Evergreen Harbor that much but I did have npc voting allowed and in my current save two of the hoods have changed and by that point I had only played for 2 sim weeks.
