- Sara1010p7 years agoSeasoned AceMonday thru Friday when I am working I sometimes don't even fire the game up. Weekends, when I am off, I average 7 to 8 hours, but I do break it up, take about 15 mins to walk around, stretch my legs, get something to eat or drink, then right back to sims.
- Lately it's been shorter than usual because I'm starting to get into those years where if you even think about lifting something you injure your back :D :'( :#
- PhantasmKiss7 years agoSeasoned AceIf I don't have at least a few hours to spend on Sims, I generally don't open it. I counted building, and my builds usually take multiple hours over the span of days. I like really being able to pour myself into things, so even though my live mode sessions aren't as long, they're still at least in the three hour range!
- Its kinda different every time but I think 5-6 hours. I like to play on nights where I don't have to wake up early the following day like on a Saturday night where I would just play for hours
- SimplyJen7 years agoSeasoned AceI'd say anywhere between 30 minutes - 1 hour. Sometimes I quit within a few minutes. Sims 4 doesn't grab my attention as much as other games. I do tend to sink more time into this game if a new pack has come out.
- I mostly play for about 5 and 1/2 hours, but sometimes longer or shorter depending on if I'm just building.
- I usually play for bits of time between doing other things. I leave it paused a lot.
- Less than 30 minutes and I'm bored again.
- I don't ge t - getting bored as I just change households if one household is not suiting my fun factor - so just pick another. I just never get bored when you have enough personalities and households. I am in control so I can't see how boredom would be an issue for me any way.
I rarely have any game problems - so maybe it works better for me. I don't know. - GreatBritney997 years agoSeasoned AceI would guess (because I've never really paid much attention to it) that my average session is roughly 3-4 hours. I mostly only play on the weekends, sometimes a little bit when I get home from work but that's only if I'm really obsessed with whoever I'm playing with at the time. I definitely used to play longer when I was younger, but I can't sit for too long anymore. My 3-4 hours includes me getting up to wander around my house occasionally. A lot of the time I play while waiting on laundry to finish drying.
Reading through the responses, and I get why people like previous iterations of this game more and claim that they could play longer, but I don't think that's so much S4's fault as much as it is the age of the player. I definitely played S2 & S3 more than I play S4, but I'm not as young as I was when those games were out. *shrugs* Just a thought.
