how long until cats show pregnancy and go into labour??

Pregnacy: 1 day-ish...but sometims it's hard to tell on some breeds. My Dalmatians looked medium sized while they were pregnant.

Labor: It's not too long, i'd say a few mins real time. Like once they start pacing around, you know it's about to happen very very soon.

Edit: also if you use the "control" mod and don't wish to wait, you could click on the pet and click "Give birth"

My cat was pregnant for around 3 days. Labor notification popped up and it took almost a full day for her to actually have them.

A few days for long lifespan.

Lifespan doesn't affect pregnancies at all. Pregnancies even progress if you turn the aging off.

For me, it took about some in-game hours and pet went into labor 1.5 days later.

My pet took a long time to have a baby, on other places some people wait a day or so
