How many babies?

I like large families. Personally speaking, I wanted 4-6 kids in RL, got four pregnancies, but lost a baby. Once all three surviving kids got married, I realized I had my six children. Funny how life works out sometimes. But, to the question at hand, I like the busy household for some strange reason. Most of my families end up with 5 children. My Cantrells always had 5. Brianna ends up having 5 and when I played out Erik in Sims3, my Rock Star ended up being the father of 5. No word on where I'll take him this iteration.

As for my ancestral save, the average household will have 10. That's just the way it was in the 18th century.
