How many different reactions are there to pregnancy news?

My sim told the father (who hates children) that she's pregnant. He started crying (same animation as share fake bad news interaction). He got a tense moodlet for a long time.

yeah this dad was not happy his daughter was knocked up while her mom was excited to be a grandmother

All these years all of my sims have always had the same reaction... they frown at first, then smile afterwards so I'm not really sure how they feel about the situation.

I kinda feel like the reactions aren’t that “OMG!” When announcing pregnancy or being proposed to. To me it just feels like they pretend to care, like “wow, yay!” Lol. Also, with cheating, I always wondered why the relationship with the sim the s/o is cheating with isn’t negatively impacted as well when caught.

It's because sims are heartless
