How many kids do you prefer to have per couple?
If that makes since...like I only want one child per couple in my household. But I do think random twins are nice as well

I love large families, usually 3-4 kids. But I’m rotational player and currently have 81 sims to play with. My new plan is to have no more than 2 kids per household to reduce number of households in rotation. Because currently it’s growing out of control
