I mainly want pack refreshes and bugs fixes (including base game refresh), I think.
I really wish for a mermaid refresh and occult kid refresh and I have many other "smaller" wishes. And I keep on dreaming of swimmable waters in old neighbourhoods and the old and new worlds to have more interactable objects/things (the cave in Forgotten Hollow screams to be interactable now that Moonwood Mill has the cave system and the volcano in Sulani should be interactable...).
Not that I would say no if I see an interesting big pack, but I don't have big wants.
