How many of you have turned Magnolia Promenade into residential

Did you like it as a residential area? I'm in the process of trying to find houses that would suit the area. Anyone got pictures if you have, I looked at past posts, but no one put up pictures o...

I haven't, the lots are a bit too small. I have the park from the Romance stuff pack in there, a restaurant (Sunny Side Up Diner I think), and I'm not entirely sure what I did with the other two. I hardly ever visit there, unless my sims get invited to something there. It just kind of...exists, in my game right now.
