How many of you have turned Magnolia Promenade into residential

Did you like it as a residential area? I'm in the process of trying to find houses that would suit the area. Anyone got pictures if you have, I looked at past posts, but no one put up pictures o...

I did that once, because the one residential lot had terrible lag. I was hoping that if my Sim lived on another lot, and I got rid of all the retail lots, it would help, but it didn't. I've since got a new computer and that mostly solved the lag problem - I haven't tried Magnolia Promenade since then, however.
