How many Sim projects/stories/families do you maintain or creating?

As primarily a builder rather than a game player, I still have a habit of creating a family before I build their house because their family dynamic helps inform the style and decor of the house, and I just find it way more fun building a home to suit characters rather than building for the sake of building.
