How many sims can you handle at once in a household?

I have noticed recently when playin I can maybe only handle 3 or 4 at a time. I have tried to play a full household and found it too chaotic trying to keep up with everyone's needs. I love big familie...

Five. My most recent couple had....triplets. I almost reset the game but decided to go with it...man, it's a hell. taking care of 3 toddlers running around the house with two working parents it's almost impossible.
