The majority of the time I'm playing with one female sim, with aging off always, and trying to get her through all the careers and aspirations. She has a daughter and granddaughter and I'll occasionally move them in with her to provide some variety and advance their stories and when it gets to be too much I'll move them out and just concentrate on her.
