In my current save? About 4, and they still fail. :D
The high-chair shuffle is a nightmare. It has gotten to the point if my sims won't leave the toddler in the high chair, I just get food from the fridge and let the toddler grab a serving.
As for moments of silliness, my other household (same save, different household) my sim is constantly getting the Afraid of the Dark moodlet. I know that's a bug but I find it silly. She's scared of being outside in broad daylight.
