One main save that is the same I've been playing ever since 2014. I rotate between houses and worlds and let everyone age one year per calendar. If there is a new pack which I want to focus on for longer, I'll just do one extra calender run through with just a couple households played and without aging. In addition I might create a new save for testing a new pack, playing random new features without really saving them or ever going back to that save. I also have a few saves for movie making purposes, like the "Free will Show" was started in my main save, but is saved as a separate save.
