Ethan Bunch has a baby with Yuki Behr. The baby girl is named Seika Behr But Seika see Ethan as step-father, and Ethan see Seika as step-daughter

If you really want to change the relationship, you'll have to get the sims' ID. Get the cheat bar up and type testingcheats on. Then sims.get_sim_id_by_name . This should bring up a long list of numbers. Save the number for both the sims.
Then you'll need to type in: relationship.add_bit
can be one of the following values:
romantic-Married
family_husband_wife
family_grandchild
family_son_daughter
family_brother_sister
family_grandparent
family_parent
It'll look something like this: relationship.add_bit 12345678910 01987654321 family_parent
(Depending on who you use as "yoursim" and "targetsim")
Then you'll need to type in: relationship.add_bit
