How much clutter do you like in your sims home

I love the clutter! It makes the houses feel more realistic and lived-in. Occasionally I'll create a very neat and proper character and decorate their house with minimalism in mind, but most of my houses are packed full.

I find it also discourages Sims from leaving their empty plates on bookshelves, wall shelves, computer desks, nightstands and other places where I don't notice them right away. They sure love filling empty spaces with dirty plates and they can't do that if there's decorations in the way.
