how much is it to build your own bundle?

I own all games except the latest SP and GP. And because I have all the EP, I can't even click on the "build your own bundle" to find out how much it is so I have the money needed when the next EP comes out.

Can anyone tell me the price? Or does it change depending on the EP, GP, and SP you pick (just want to be sure incase I got it wrong)?

Plus, does it go on sale during Black Friday weekend?
