How much television do your sims watch?

You can learn cooking from this?my sims learned cooking by actually cooking, I only let them watch news,children and a little bit of romance/action. They don’t use it all the time though, probably 1-2 hrs a day. When they do watch it, it’s the adults who get bored of watching a kids channel. I just keep a tv in the house to add to the living room
