How often do new townies spawn?
Aside from events like alien night at the bar, how often do townies spawn during everyday play? I don't like culling and I'm worried that if they keep spawning the game will start deleting sims.

Do you mean that the mod isn't going to work properly if you don't have enough homeless sims in your game already? I think my pool is around 100 at the moment, with the limit set to 150.
Yeah, there needs to be enough that the game can work with. Then the mod will make sure that only those sims get used instead of the game creating more on the spot. I use about 50 homeless, unemployed sims in my game and with the mod it rarely generates any more than that. And since I don't have them favorited, they don't count towards that limit.
