How often do new townies spawn?
Aside from events like alien night at the bar, how often do townies spawn during everyday play? I don't like culling and I'm worried that if they keep spawning the game will start deleting sims.

Thank goodness for modders, I was so frustrated that the game generated random vampires ALL THE TIME so hopefully they'll update it for seasons soon
