How often do new townies spawn?
Aside from events like alien night at the bar, how often do townies spawn during everyday play? I don't like culling and I'm worried that if they keep spawning the game will start deleting sims.

Does this also apply to strays? What if I don't want certain strays to vanish forever? Is there a heart option for them too? (Plus how do I even find this stuff?) I know there are a lot of townies that I enjoy having around and would hate to lose them. They're not in world..what does that mean and how do I get them in world?
