How often do new townies spawn?
Aside from events like alien night at the bar, how often do townies spawn during everyday play? I don't like culling and I'm worried that if they keep spawning the game will start deleting sims.

@TravisBlackfox "Not in world" just means they don't live in a house. Go to manage households and add them to your households by clicking the heart under their family picture. Sims added to your households won't be culled. You can also move them into a house if you want. :)
Not sure about strays since I don't have cats and dogs. Do they show up in manage households? I would hope they work the same way.
