When I first started playing The Sims I used prebuilt rooms pretty much always. Building in The Sims was pretty interesting to me back then but overwhelming and being able to do it with already finished rooms helped me learn. Now it's been a while since I've used any prebuilt rooms but still think it's a good feature to have.
