How should University work world wise?
Just to add, the Get To Work approach could also still provide a seperate neighbourhood for Dorms, like Get To Work provided as well. But we could build our own Dorms anywhere.

Considering I hope that if we get this EP it's an overhaul of the education/schooling system, I really want my sims to be able to live at home while going to school. Maybe have the worlds more like vacation spots, so you have to pay for your semester but eventually you go back. That way the rest of the family isn't just stuck in time either.
I also really want like post-grad classes and night school. Most people I know don't just get their BA or BS and hop into the workforce.
