I enjoy the sims4 too, but can understand when people get frustrated with the game. It is frustrating on how they release content for the sims and espacially when.
People have been begging for more kids content and updated babies... Yeah it might not be the majority but why beeing silent about it after 5years... Its theyre shady business and marketing practices that rubs people the wrong way...
Releasing a balcony on an appartement that they cleary know can not be build on, but inform the players after they complained, hoping no one sees or cares about. Be honest about stuff like that.

I think this disscussion should be in the franchise discussion. The Sims 4 focuses more on creating, controling and imaginate your stuff. Period... That wont change, they wont listen to the people who want the sims4 to be a more of a complex programmed game. Its been 5years... they have an audience who likes it that way. A part of that audience would immediatly jump ship, when paralives comes or if they could play the other iterations lets not denie that.
I agree however many may move to paralives if it does much more than Sims 4 does and some of the features look very good but must wait until an alpha version is released as I will be ghost if the game lives up to what it could do.
