I'm currently playing a "boarding School" using SnarkyWitch's build. Placed it in Del Sol. I've been modifying it though. Ironically I was worried about 'Teens', but now it's a Teen running it and 3 child' and 4 toddler "students", heh heh! Hired a Nanny and a Maid.
