MCCC Dresser module allows players to "blacklist" certain items so they don't show up on townies but I think they'll still be available in CAS to use. I've never used it but I'm thinking of playing around with it to test it, maybe on a copy of my current save.
Thats why i included the "set trait" thing for the styled looks. They are not going to look perfect, they are going to look like what their personalities are. If one of the townies had artist traits, he would be walking around like a painter would be dressed,
