As for multiple use lots, yes please !! The 64x64 lots would be great for a mall or a supermarket if we could have one.
They would have to enact that in each world they allowed it as technically you can't rent anything outside of a vacation town or CL - plus they need the rules associated to operate the rental programming in the worlds and the forms approved for rental incorporated into each world via probably only base game. That would need a rewrite/recode. I really wish it would happen. It makes no sense not to have rentals and apartments in all worlds to me. Or at least offer us a new style for just this world - they could do that like how they did rental in cl and rentals in the vacation worlds with out adding to base.
I'd love to at least see rooming houses or even those townhouses - they are nice, too bad they can't work as they should.
