How to do Rotational Families with Seasons?

But it can be adjusted. That's just default. I suppose rotational players can amp it up to the highest amount possibly, unknown as to what that is yet.
Though I bet if you had somebody good with the weather machine you could make life a lot easier for rotational players. (Speculating, based on some info about it.)
