How to get a 5 Star Vet Clinic? (ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT)

It seems impossible to reach a 5 star vet clinic. I have worked forever and I now have a 4 star clinic. I do not know how to get to a 5 star one, I don't think I can improve anymore. My clinic is the ...

Me neither. I wanted to see if it was possible, but after seeing how difficult and not-fun it is, I'm happy to keep the clinic on my main save at 4 stars :)
