How to get a 5 Star Vet Clinic? (ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT)

It seems impossible to reach a 5 star vet clinic. I have worked forever and I now have a 4 star clinic. I do not know how to get to a 5 star one, I don't think I can improve anymore. My clinic is the ...

I just want to say that I got my first 5 star review! I got it by calling the pet a good boy before and after I examine them. It most definitely helps!
