How to get normal poses?

I wish the studio had a way to decide which poses to use. It's a bit too random, so I often add a wall to hide the sim posing, and place the sim to be photographed in front of that wall, just behaving naturally. It can of course be done without the studio object, but I find it more fun to do it while visiting a photographer's studio where the set up is already in place.

Poses are dependent on their mood. So if they are feeling flirty, or self-assured, then they will pose according to that.

Most people use Andrew Pose Player to get sims to pose what they want, and then they just take a normal photo of the sim without using the photo studio.

The best way to take pictures is the most expensive camera plus pose player. You don't even need custom poses, the pose player can play every animation in game by name. There is a text file with all the game poses and animations including the photo booth ones.
