How to get rid of mouth wrinkles on adult sims?

I feel like they weren't always there immediately, like it used to only be a skin detail but it was something that was added when we got infants and a nod to the fact that teens simply must be 18-19 I don't like it, I like to draw and though I'm not very good I notice people and I haven't seen these age lines much. #freedomfromtheagelinesofevil o:)
