How to get rid of mouth wrinkles on adult sims?

This is driving me insane, there is no reason an dult sim should have these lines next to mouth/cheek as soon as they age up. Wish it came as a feature like they did with the eye bags resently. I seem...

It is not possible to get rid of them without mods or CC. They are tied to the adult life stage in the code.
